It is obvious to me from the look on her face, and the way she talks about him all the time, that she still loves Elvis dearly. I come to realize through her stories that they had a very passionate and deep connection, yet he wasn’t the best choice for a partner, as she was with him near the end, when drugs played a huge part in his life. skirt. The beautiful garments are romantic and princess-like, and remind me of the dresses worn by the flower girls in Princess Diana’s wedding a decade ago. Each girl wears a circular headpiece of white and pink flowers. Little Robert sports a mini black tuxedo and perfectly shined black shoes. As I observe them and interact with them, I realize they each have unique and distinct personalities. Kourtney, who just celebrated her twelfth birthday, is a serious child, and always speaks her mind.
California in Los Angeles. The draw of Hollywood and the Southern California experience are very appealing to me. In addition to The Love Boat, two of my other favorite TV shows growing up were CHiPS and Charlie’s Angels, both set in Los Angeles. These shows were filled with fast cars, lots of action, beaches, warm weather, sexy people, sexy clothes, and the glitz and glamour of Hollywood. I was infatuated with Erik Estrada, and obsessed with the three Angels: Farrah Fawcett, Jaclyn Smith, and
just came back from a workout at the gym. What the heck, I say to myself, and tell her we will be there soon. We arrive at Linda’s charming house where I spent so many years of my life. When the security gate opens to let us in, a flood of memories hit me. I feel tears welling up in my eyes and my throat tightens up as I try to keep from crying. As we drive up to the house, I imagine and hope that I will see Brandon and Brody (just the way they looked twenty years ago) running out of the house.
